My Top Recommended Recipes of The Week #1 - Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Allergy Friendly & More

Hey there! Welcome to the very first recipe round up for gluten-free, vegan, paleo, nut free, and more! Each week I'll be composing a list of the best and newest recipes in each category. I've always loved supporting my blogger friends by sharing their recipes so these posts will be great to share with you every week!

On top of that, I'll also be including videos on a fun topic in each post. What will these videos be about, you ask? Well, each week I'll be trying a new gluten-free or vegan product to share my HONEST opinion on how it tastes. None of the videos will include paid reviews. None of the videos will include untruthful comments on products that actually taste bad. Nope. I'll be giving you my real and honest opinion on the gluten-free and vegan products that you want me to try on camera. Should be fun!

If you're interested to see what I'm up to...scroll on down to the bottom see how my week went. 😉 In the meantime, enjoy the recipes for gluten-free, vegan, nut free, paleo, allergy free, and sugar free!

These nut free recipes of the week are getting blessed with desserts. 🙌 Let's start with this Double Stuffed Chocolate Sunbutter Cups recipe by Real Food with Dana! Oh man don't get too many of these near me.

This next recipe is just as good. Gluten Free and Nut Free Espresso Brownie Bites, you say? Yes please! You can thank Allergy Free Alaska for this awesome recipe. Maybe since there's espresso in this recipe, we can call it breakfast too. I think that sounds good.

This Week's Top 2 Paleo Recipes

I'm not paleo but man this recipe is up my alley. Paleo Zucchini Bread by A Saucy Kitchen is one you have to make! How can grain free bread be this good?! Give it a try and see for yourself. 😉

I don't have to sell you too hard on these. All I have to say is the words "make your own Paleo Chicken Nuggets" and I'm sure you're game! Give this top rated easy recipe a try thanks to Jay's Baking Me Crazy.

This Week's Top 2 Allergy Friendly Recipes

We're sticking with sweets thanks to Valentin'es Day coming up! You can get extra thoughtful and creative with this Allergy Friendly Chocolate Valentine's Day Cupcake recipe with some help from The Pretty Bee! You'd be getting all the praise for making these, I'm sure.

Don't you just love the smell of a house with baked cookies? These Vegan & Allergy Friendly Compost Cookies can be customized in so many ways so there's really no way to go wrong! Allergylicious has you covered with this recipe so thank her!

This Week's Top 2 Sugar Free Recipes

I personally don't avoid sugars but I get how hard it can be to bake if you don't have a choice. But hey, that's what I'm here for! I got you covered starting with this Coconut Chai Quinoa Breakfast Bar recipe thanks to Ex Sloth. I'd eat these any day!

Next is a real banger. Sugar Free Cupcakes with a Raspberry Frosting? You don't have to convince me! They look good enough to devour and you have The Wholesome Yum to thank for this recipe.

Weekly update! What's new in Taylor's life?

Here's a little look into what's new with me this week!

Dinner with my girlfriend before going to a super bowl party

Book I'm reading: The Conversion Code - by Chris Smith

Favorite show I'm watching: Crashing (it's on HBO)

Favorite song right now: Black Mambo - by ZABA

Worst moment this week: I cut my finger really bad while cutting lettuce. (first time I've cut myself, ever!)

Best moment this week: I made my own gluten-free and dairy free cookies & cream milk shake this weekend! Oh god it was amazing since milkshakes are the food I miss the most since going dairy free. (Food is often involved in my favorite moment...surprise surprise.)

Where I ate out this week: KAZE in Cincinnati, OH with my girlfriend!

How do you handle these situations?

So I attended a party while watching the Super Bowl which is always interesting when you have food allergies. I literally brought my own frozen meal, my own chips, my own drinks, and a few bars just in case I had nothing to eat. Lol really that's how I showed up to a party! But everyone was very nice and didn't mind at all. I've come to act confident with my own my food allergies + health issues and talk about it with confidence to anyone that asks. It's been interesting to learn how to socialize in these situations as a young college aged guy. I'm learning that being prepared and confident in every situation is what works out best although it's tough, nonetheless. Bringing my own food to get-togethers is often what I do. So...what do you do when attending a party or get-together with food allergies? Interested to know!
