I’m going to be real guys...adding college onto my already busy life has been TOUGH. 😣 I used to cook all of the time with some time left over to enjoy myself, but not this semester. I’ve resulted to frozen foods some days and foods that are super quick to make. 🤷♂️
I’m not going to lie, I felt pretty guilty about it at first. I mean, I wasn’t eating like sh*t buttt something about a frozen meal every day just doesn’t feel right.
I’m still eating gluten-free, I’m still eating relatively healthy, so why should I be judged for eating a frozen meal on a paper plate if it’s all I have time for? I know I’ll get through it eventually.
Either way, I’ve accepted that this is my life JUST for right now. This won’t be forever. This won’t be every day. This is now and this is ok. I’m doing what I need to do to get through life and still feel ok doing it.
Anyways, just a little rant about diet because whatever works for YOU is all that matters. 💪🏼 With that being said, what’s your favorite gluten-free frozen meal that you’ve tried? I’m curious to know! 😊
